Booking & Deposits
For new friends, please complete my screening form. Incomplete forms will be ignored.
For returning lovers, no need to resubmit your form. Kindly review my current consideration and contact me with your preferred date/time/location/duration of visit.
A small deposit is required for all dates between 1-3 hours. Your time won’t be confirmed until your deposit is received.
50% deposit required for any 4+ hour engagements, tours, FMTY experiences. Because of the nature of these engagements this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
Beginning February 9th 2024, my rates will increase!
What you see below are my new rates. All rates are for dates in Richmond, Va. Any destinations more than an hour’s drive will have a minimum travel fee of 150. This travel fee does slightly vary based on location. If the fee is greater than 150, I will let you know upon completion of screening.
Brief Rendezvous
I am happy to indulge in short, but sweet sensual delights with you.
If this is our first time meeting I ask that we spend at least 90 minutes together so we can get to know one another without rushing.
I love entertaining couples! Please book a two hour minimum and add 400.
1 Hour: 550

My favorite way to get to know you is over a longer engagement where we can really explore one another and indulge in a lively date-night experience or luxurious fantasy.

Covid & Illness Policies
I require all suitors to have received the primary Covid vaccination series, and at least one booster (ideally bivalent booster).
Please be prepared to provide medically documented exemption if you are unable to receive the Covid vaccine.
Depending on metrics, time of year, or surges I may require a rapid home test taken the morning of our time together. Please pay close attention to this request, as I will communicate it during confirmation.
If you feel sick with anything (cold, flu, Covid, or otherwise) you MUST notify me prior to our time together! If you’ve had a known Covid exposure you MUST notify me as well! This allows me to make the best decision for my health. I offer the same in return. Failure to disclose this information will result in me permanently declining your requests. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Hosting & travel
Incall – I am pleased to offer private incall in Richmond, Arlington, Raleigh, & Chicago. I am also happy to secure a tasteful location anywhere else, so please ask.
Outcall – You must be able to provide proof of hotel booking. For my safety, I am unable to visit private residences for our first visit.
A travel fee (minimum of 150) will be assessed for touring or requested destinations beyond an hour’s drive from my home base in Richmond, Va.

Policies
If you must cancel, kindly do so within 24-48 hours in advance. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the requested time. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are subject to the full amount of the requested time. Any travel/lodging expenses are non-refundable. Failure to oblige will result in me permanently declining your requests.
It rarely happens, but in the event that I must cancel, I will promptly return your deposit, or apply it to a rescheduled date plus a complimentary half hour of my time–according to your preference.
Habitual cancellation of any offerings will result in me permanently declining your requests.
